CODE OF CONDUCT

Skipton Cycling Club use the British Cycling Code of Conduct. Please take time to read this and follow at all times.

We also have a Parent and Carer Code of Conduct for parents or carers of youth riders and a Youth Code of Conduct for youth riders.

It is important that the club be represented in the right way by all its members in the events and rides they participate in, such as:

Official Skipton Cycling Club events (rides and evening social events)
Official British Cycling events (sportives and races)
Non-BC affiliated sportives

As a member of Skipton Cycling Club, you represent Skipton Cycling Club. You should follow the Highway Code and act in a respectful manner to fellow club members and all other cyclists and road users at all times.

As the Facebook group is a large and inclusive community and we would like to keep it that way, swearing and inappropriate comments/content from club member or non-club members may well be deleted and we would ask you to think before posting/commenting anything that may cause offence.
